Yes — within the branding policy you choose as admin. Locked means team colors and fonts are absolute; Partial lets members override fonts but keeps colors consistent; Open lets members edit everything while still pre-filling team defaults on new cards.
Their card is hard-deleted and your billed card count drops by one. Stripe prorates a credit for the remainder of the billing period. The person's rolo account stays if they have other personal cards.
You choose at signup. Hyphen strategy gives each member a URL like alice-acme.rolo.fyi. Flat strategy gives each member a URL like alice.rolo.fyi and relies on your custom team domain for brand continuity. Both strategies include free SSL.
Yes. Point a domain like cards.acme.com at rolo and every team card is reachable there. Custom domains are included on Team Pro and Team Premier.
Three ways: send a personal email invite, share a single link anyone on your team can use, or auto-enroll anyone who signs up with a company email domain you've approved. No CSV import, no IT ticket.
